How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Who is the shipping carrier?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will include a tracking number. 

How much is shipping?

$15.00 Flat rate for orders in AB, BC, SK, MB

$20.00 Flat rate for orders in NWT, YK, NT, ON, QB, NF, NS, NB, PEI

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

We are pleased to offer free local pickup and $5 local delivery within Red Deer and Penhold, Alberta—more locations to be provided soon

Do you sell internationally?

We do not ship orders internationally at this time, please email us at
info@fivewesttradingco.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

What are the eligibility criteria for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fivewesttradingco.com. Make sure to include your order details. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 12 Brookes Crescent, Red Deer, Alberta, T4R 1L9. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

What happens if my return is accepted?

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

Yes, the following items are final sale due to hygiene reasons: earrings, bathing suits, and bodysuits. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I return damaged, defective, or incorrect items?

Yes, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
